Prepare the Package
Place the original product, including all gifts and accessories, back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the product's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
